Heres the Allie bit, Allies who sign this bill will be allowed to use red defenders land, but you have to have our permission to use it because we might be using that server when you need it, so allies will be signing this bill for this bit. Neutral armies that want to consider us as allies may do so, but we don’t consider you as allies, now, heres the bit your signing this bill for. If you sign this bill then we’ll may help you if help is requested, but in order for us to help you, you need to sign this bill. Also, by signing this bill, your saying that you’ll never invade us. Allies and Neutral armies, after putting what you name and which bill your signing, put your army name so we know which armies have signed the bill or not.
